If you are looking for Rock n' Roll in the North of Scotland, then this is a good place to start. Nostalgia is what this act is all about, a chance to reminisce, a chance to dance all night and sing along to the classic hits of the 1950’s, 1960’s & 1970’s. Dave Nash creates a great atmosphere and people are now going to venues just to see him perform. He is one of the hardest working and busiest entertainers in the North of Scotland. Wearing a Teddy Boy Suit, complete with Creepers and an authentic 1950’s microphone, Dave Nash really looks the part.

You are sure to be amazed, to hear some songs that you will probably have forgotten about. The list of artists Dave Nash covers is very large and everyone is sure to hear a favourite or two in the repertoire of just under 400 songs he has to choose from. He covers an array or performers like Cliff Richard, Marty Wilde, Joe Brown, Searchers, Tremeloes, Merseybeats, Beatles, Ricky Nelson, Paul Anka, Elvis, Showaddywaddy, Mud, Sweet, Alvin Stardust............ the list is endless; take a look at the Songs page. On this website you can view Dave's Gig List, this shows all the venues he is appearing at throughout the year & into the next. If you go to the Music page you can hear him singing. The Gallery page offers up hundreds of photo's taken at gigs; take a look, you might be there! The Links page has lots of useful information with links to other sites of interest.

Some of the Inverness Gals have taken to making up T-Shirts to wear to gigs and named themselves 'Dave's Hells Angels'. Well done Shaz & Des. Similar T-shirts will be on sale soon at gigs.

The music is provided by high quality backing tracks played through a powerful 1600watt Studio Sound System - click here to view the equipment used by Dave. There are plenty of lighting effects too.

His biggest achievement so far was to have been the most favoured entertainment for the cast and crew of "Monarch of the Glen" back in 2005.

Dave was born in Hull, North Humberside in 1965 in the week that the Beatles were at number 1 with "Ticket To Ride". He was born into a family that loved Rock n' Roll. The stereo was always on and he would often be sent to bed hearing Cliff Richard, The Shadows, Marty Wilde and Billy Fury being played on the stereo by his parents. The parties his parents often had were all about Rock n' Roll, they were great jivers and would often entertain family & friends with their dancing. Dave put this show together as a dedication to his parents and a tribute to the Rock n' Roll years.
Dave spent 22 yrs as a Avionics Technician in the Royal Air Force and finished in Oct 2006. In that time he has served in Scotland, England, Germany, Cyprus, Falklands, Bosnia and America. His final years were spent at RAF Kinloss working at the Nimrod Software Team (NST). At NST Dave became a trained and experienced database Microsoft SQL Server 2000 & Microsoft Access Programmer. Unfortunately, jobs in this field in the area of Moray & the Highlands are scarce. So Dave decided to start a domestic & commercial bin cleaning company called Wheelie Proud Ltd (visit www.wheelieproud.com).
